Hello,

i have been taking b12 suplements(melt tablets) and mms together for the past 3 months. i was wondering if anyone knows if they actually can be taken together without decreasing the effect mms and the b12

thanks for any input,

lucas

Is recommended to drink all your supplement before start you MMS dosing. At least 2 to three hours prior.

It's actually 2 hours before the initial or 2 hours after the final dose. If you have any questions or doubts at all about the supplement, I will share with you my thoughts.

We don't know what the half-life of some of these things are - better to do them at the end of the day after your MMS dosing, because then there is usually 10-12 hours before your next MMS dose, and it gives the body a chance to process the supplement and not interfere with the MMS.

If mms is not affected by b-12, then b-12 will not be affected by MMS. In the process of "acting" - MMS kills the pathogen, and then is killed itself - so if you're not seeing issues with the MMS, then there will be none with the B12.
