Do we know what it is in coffee that will cause it to negate the positive effects of MMS?
B)
Just wondering if I need to avoid tea as well?
:)
I know it's important to avoid orange juice and oranges also. Is there a list posted somewhere of foods/drinks to avoid during MMS protocol hours?

Thanks.

I think I heard that its because of the caffeine in coffee, so that would include tea also
I have also heard that you should not do Chocolate during or within 2hrs of your dosing.
Also should avoid any juices that have added Vit C
Pam once stated that any foods that are considered antioxidants should be avoided.

Please correct me if I am wrong Pam.

coffee, tea and chocolate are avoided because of the antioxidants.

Most food antioxidants (because they're also tied up in the fiber) are OK - within reason - as part of a regular well-rounded diet. MMS will be deactivated by Vitamin C, Ascorbic acid, and sodium ascorbate - so we avoid those. We also avoid some other highly antioxidant vitamins, like Vitamin A. I think this information is available in JH's book.

Hi
Glad to be here, will introduce soon.
If anyone has the time to answer I would be happy. :)
My mms dealer here in Denmark says I can eat all the supplements and antioxdants at evening time when the daily dose has been taken???
I would like to go on the protocol 1000 while on a soup diet, but what can my soup consist off??
I heard i could mix Dmso in the mms instead of citric acid to promote all digestive issues?
I have problems with my pancreas and parasites so figuring I might be on mms for a while , at the same time I am in shortage of antioxidants.
Thanks.

Hello Elisabeth67,

If you want to take anti-oxidants, it would be best to take them in the evening, 1 - 2 hours after you have completed your daily dosing of MMS.
You should be ok to eat any soup you like, as long as it is made with whole vegetables, so that it contains fiber to balance the anti-oxidants.
I do not believe JIm recommends using DMSO instead of the citric acid. If you want to add DMSO into your MMS dose, you would mix your MMS first -- mixing the sodium chlorite and appropriate acid (HCL or citric acid). Once these are mixed and you have added the water that you want to drink it with, you can add your drops of DMSO. Drink immediately -- do not store it once you have added the DMSO.

You may also consider doing the MMS enema protocol. ;) This will give your body a boost in eliminating parasites. (I believe it's NOT recommended to add DMSO to enemas).

No Cannabis oil is antioxidants and the Half Life is to big that is not recommended to use with MMS.
