hello everyone,i am trying to help my partner find a natural deodorant,as they are very expensive here in health shops.she has been in remission from breast cancer for quite a long time now,i hav viewed a youtube interview here on the forum concerning acid/alkali,and the body, and on there one of the guys suggested lime juice was a very good alternative to cosmetics,my question is has anyone used limes for this purpose can it be put in a roll-on,and how to store and keep the juice, how often should one make it up without it going off.tanx in advance.

Hi. all my family and i use either magnesium chloride oil ( -5 sprays under each arm ) or milk of magnesia straight out of the bottle, after shaking it for a few seconds. Works all day long AND you get at least 100mgs of magnesium direct into the bloodstream - 80% in the U.S. are deficient in this critical mineral
:)

I use two things mainly, depending on my mood - magnesium oil in spray (I made it from magnesium chloride flakes with distilled water) and a deo stick using baking soda, virgin coconut oil, some essential oils and cornflour (you can use arrow root powder instead for gluten-free version). Smells very nice and it's all natural. There are many videos on Youtube showing you how to do the mix for it.

Absolute best natural deodorant is the MMS in a spray bottle. I use 20 drops activated MMS in 2 oz water. AWESOME
