I've been making it for the last 2 months based on the Brooks Bradley method using non-GMO lecithin, and I have no diarrhea at all.

There is now non-gmo, non-soy lecithin available in granular form, made from sunflowers! So nice to get rid of anything made from soy. Until recently, the soy lecithin was the only lecithin available to make Vitamin-C, etc.

Oh you're so right! I still have some left to use, but I've already found a sunflower lecithin in Europe called Lecisun. Will be ordering it any day now. It's a bit more expensive than the soy, but it'll be worth it. I'm curious if I'll get the same results with it. The soy one dissolves really well in distilled water. I'm only sorry now that I'll probably have to throw away what I have in the fridge, noway it will last for the next 2-3 weeks while I'm on mms. Oh well :)
