I have no chemistry background and my eyes glaze over when trying to figure out what 1/4 drop might be. I found a couple of videos online...so are these correct:

Put one lb. 28% sodium chlorite in the basket of a Mr. Coffee (designated for that purpose.) No filter.

(Where would I buy 28% sodlium chlorite?)

Pour five (REAL) cups distilled water through coffee maker. (Don't rely on cup measurements on pot.)

When done brewing, mix any undissolved SC with plastic spoon. Scrape out any undissolved flakes in basket.

Let the pot sit in a dark place for 4-6 hours.

Pour the solution into ten amber squeeze bottles.

Does that sound kosher so far? I'll save the synopsis of the other video for the next post. I'm trying so hard to make this easy for myself

The other video was as follows: Combine 24 drops citric acid (that's what I'll be using) with 24 drops MMS solution. Gently swirl to blend for 20 seconds. Add it to 32 oz. distilled water. Add 1/8 teaspoon baking soda to make it palatable Drink it throughout the day. Is that right?

I just purchased the sodium chlorite and 50% citric acid and am on day two of 1000 protocol doing 2 drops per hour and mms enema every other day with coffee enema on the day without mms. Please advise if citric acid is still ok for activator and if enema protocol is good. I also only activated for 20 seconds per the instructions on the website. Thank you kindly!!!

If you could be so kind, coffee enemas have been the only thing to temporarily relieve my brain fog and I'm desperately trying to figure out which protocol would be best with mms. Would you make a suggestion for me? There are so many options. I appreciate you!
