Hi everyone, I'm new here (been reading the forum for a good week before deciding to join). I've started with MMS for about 3 days now (using HCL as activator) and still the taste and especially the smell is kind of gagging. I've read here about the gelatin caps method and I've just made it now and chased it down with water - easy peasy, no smell. However after that it crossed my mind that I might not have done it the right way.

I basically added 3 drops of MMS and 3 drops of HCL. Activated for about a minute (the color is not that deep brown as advertised, but more of a dark green/yellow color, veeeery light brown really if you really look closely). Then I added the activated MMS to a gel cap with a new dropper I had, closed the cap and chased it down with lots of water. So far so good, but my question (worry) is - should I have also added a few drops of water to the gel cap, or is it enough to drink lots of water while swallowing the capsule? Can anyone pls clarify this last point?

Thank you,
kislany

Many thanks for the confirmation. It's really easier to take it this way, no smell, no taste and so far nothing negative to report.

Actually I did have something in my mouth (either a cancer sore or simply had cut the inner side of my mouth with the hard end of the bread - I've been known to do that). For the last few days it would always hurt. Today, however, I realized that it doesn't hurt anymore, and when I finally gently 'teased' that particular place in my mouth with my tongue, the scratch is hardly there, almost can't feel it at all. Now that's a first!! After only 3 days of taking MMS (and not even doing fully the 1000, only doing it from early afternoon till late at night).

I thought HCl was only to be used as an activator when making CDH. Can it also be used to activate the MMS doses?

I'll be going on maintenance as of tomorrow. Throughout the past few weeks I've been activating for 20-30 seconds. Did I lose anything by not activating for 60 seconds?

Also, if I try the capsule method with 6 drops of MMS and 6 drops activator, and the 6 drops of DMSO don't fit in, is there any disadvantage at all to drinking the DMSO in a separate glass of water afterwards. Both you and Pam had implied that doing so was ok but I just don't understand why that would be permissable given that the DMSO and the MMS will not have a chance to bond in this way.

HCL is better tasting than some other acids, and it will also activate MMS/CDS and CDH.

Activating for 20-30 seconds instead of 60 seconds will produce less CLO2 externally, but the end result may be the same amount of total CLO2 when internal activation continues when swallowed. By the way, you can use CDS or CDH for maintenance. CLO2 is CLO2 no matter the form you ingest.

I am no expert on adding DMSO, but would think it should be added to the MMS/CDS/CDH dose as you suggest. I agree with the bonding idea in one solution. If 18 drops don't fit in one capsule, you could use two capsules per dosing.

Thanks. I thought in all your previous posts, when you referred to 15 drops fitting in, you were talking about a 00 capsule. In terms of the activation time, I had read somewhere that the longer you allow for activation, the more gas escapes, therefore weakening the solution.
Well, in the end one can only hope that within the body it will all come today and do its work. Also, a couple of friends have remarked that I have a pungent body odor. It must be the DMSO. Hopefully that will go away now that I will only take 6 drops a day instead off 24.

Is OO twice the size of O ? 30 drops?

I think I found the answer. 2 sites agree that O is .68 ml and OO is .95 so I can figure from there more or less how many drops are possible.

How much water or juice do you recommend drinking when using this method?
