Hey Don,
You may have just nailed the reason that sometimes mms does not work.
Through playing with sodium chlorite flakes I found that if you mix it with hard water that the flakes turn to hard rocks and never disssolve. So, it just makes sense that if hard water is in the citric acid then mixed into mms that you stop the process.

In Puerto Vallarta, where a lot of the teaching and exploring go on - the water is soft - incredibly soft, right out of the faucet. So, everything is mixed with soft water.

Thanks, I hope that this fact gets some attention. No hard water, no bottled water ever mixed with anything....only distilled or softened.

Doesn't purified water still have minerals in it? It's the minerals in the water that surround the chlorite and stop it from dissoving.

Yes, the water has a new state of the art system to purify and it's chlorinated. Drink up! Of course you will see people buying water as they say the pipes in the ground are old and there may be a leak. But, i would only be careful in rainy season, and it isn't raining now....heck I'm never careful, and I don't get sick.

PH of 7 doesn't address the minerals in the water that I know of, i wouldn't drink purified - unless I tested it to see if the chlorite dissolves quickly like it does in distilled.

Guess you are attending the class.....have fun!

Hi,

But store bought purified water has minerals in it. They actually add minerals so it tastes better.

I think when Jim says "purified water" he is meaning water from a river that he has added mms to to purify it.

I remember that at the class they used bottled water, when the tap water in PV is perfect and adding mms to it will purify it anyway.

I'd like to clear this up - as I did several tests using different waters, and if minerals were in it - the chlorite would not dissolve. I understand that you can only dissolve minerals by bringing the water to a very high temp, over 220 degrees. The chlorite got bound together with the other minerals and just washes through your body.

Don't you think that using any water in the process of making mms - except distilled - would certainly reduce the ability of mms to work...? And that goes for making douche water, etc.

Distilled water would be the first choice. Thanks for your comments on using non-distilled water and why the SC flakes won't dissolve. Heating helps to speed up the process, but not much is needed.

coconut water is an antioxidant, so you have to adjust for that, RevRay - it has been tested with testing strips.

Only drink distilled water with the mms, you can drink that essential water hours before or after taking the mms, but not with it. It has Ionic minerals added, not worth the risk. Minerals bind to the chlorite and render it useless.

Even if you have MMS in liquid form, meaning the chlorite has dissolved, there are still chlorite molecules that are vunerable to other minerals. You need the good in the mms.....don't risk adding minerals to mms.

When making MMS (to store in the fridge) use only distilled water. When doing your hourly dose, you can use either filtered or reverse osmosis water - not tap.
