h i all

as you know i have not had a good time taking mms cds cdh orally so today i have got 99.99% pure dmso, but it is frozen solid, is that how it should be. thanks for reply,

also how can i get the three drops of mms and citric inside without swallowing it. where is the best place on the skin to put it and can i do it every hour.

has anyone else done this with good effect. i would be very grateful to know exactly how to use it.

(i am not keen on the enema method as i get diarrhoea taking it orally) after trying this method if it doesnt help there is only the capsules method left

any help greatly appreciated

thanks

jeff

ps. forgot to ask how much dmso do i use with 3 drops activated

DMSO solidifies below 70F 20C
Warm up in sink warm water.
Enema gets the MMS into blood without the discomfort of stomach process.

I do not understand this question but it is only 6 AM here

Inside? Inside what? A capsule? I use a dropper bottle 1 oz 30 ml squeezable bottle with dropper top.
Alternatively you can activate in shot glass and use eye dropper. Or any container you feel is good.

nywhere on skin and every hour should be fine however it is my opinion that you benefit most from internal and external application.
You can also mix MMS in a closed container for ten minutes using HCl activator and then add to capsule and drink. Or drink with water.
Longer activation may reduce nausea for you.

But don't use DMSO in an enema - DMSO is a carrier and takes everything under it into the body tissues.
