Hi everyone,
I have been seeing a different activation time for dosing. Is it better to activate for 60 seconds, as opposed to the former 20 seconds? Thank you all in advance. Suzanne

There is information that suggests a longer activation time of 60 seconds gets more activation process outside body than in. There is rumor the new protocols will be 60 second activation.
Also this is for 4% HCl and 50% citric. For 10% citric the wait is 3 minutes.
Wait at least 20 seconds, as may as 300.
Color will indicate activation process. Yellow to brown indicates strong solution.

thank you Rev Ray. I still use Citric acid...50% to activate. I have been activating for 60 secs for the last few days, tastes a bit stronger but okay. I am used to the taste, I have been using mms for about 4 years. did the 3 weeks and now Just doing daily 6 drops, but thinking about doing protocal 1000 again, maybe adding dmso. I missed a bit of doses here and there and got a bad flu about 2 months ago...hit me hard. also, I wasn't taking very good care of myself so I wasn't surprised I caught the bug. also I think of doing mms2...any reason why I shouldn't? Just to make sure I am ok? thanks for what you do, Suzanne

Hi Suzanne,
A combo of MMS1 DMSO and MMS2 can really do some damage to toxins in our systems.
We have outlined certain steps or protocols we feel will guide one to health and well being.
Each of us can mix and match the protocols as we individually feel.
It is not mandatory one follow any protocol, they are guides.
What is almost non negotiable is antioxidants while using MMS oxidation therapy. So no anti Ox of large value, ie Vit C, caffeine, etc.

If you are dealing with a virus, MMS starves out the virus by preventing proteins the virus needs for survival, from forming. So it is critical to the outcome
when dealing with virus that a stringent adoption and following of protocol is advised.

I also recommend putting MMS in gel caps, like MMS2 is, to avoid taste aversions.

We are funny creatures, often living life externally, unable or forgetting to care for ourselves.
Bring balance to this area of your life and reap reward.

Smiles
Ray

Cars taught me a lot about mechanical function.
After that computers taught a lot about Human programming.
Today and for past few years, those two trades helped me understand what I am doing now.
Helping people heal. both indispensable to my knowledge and understanding. I feel very blessed to have been ill for so long, found MMS and now able to return the favour.
If however you need a new Cougar convertible sitting in your drive....
