Basically I live in London with my sisters and parents when I'm not travelling. When I'm a home it's a mix of cooking myself or simply having whatever everyone else is having, which is your typical western diet of cooked food,some home cooking and also processed foods.

At the end of Feb, they're all going away for 2 weeks and I'm home alone.

So I was thinking this would be a good time to do a cleanse / detox.

What do people suggest?

Raw food only for 2 weeks? Juicing ?

I'm even considering inviting people over for either 7 or 14 days and we can share the cost of the food, etc. offer each other support.

I have no real health issues I'm trying to fix, I had been suffering from major joint pains for 2 years until I discovered MMS but MMS has gotten rid of 95% of the problem, I've never been able to do the full 3 week course of MMS where you take it for 8 hours a day for 3 weeks, so also considering this as a good time to do that.I had most recently been doing the MMS with Cola protocol and that's worked wonders for me. I may even be able to switch to MMS with water now as before the smell and taste was a total turn off for me.

If there is one thing I would like to do is perhaps lose some weight, I was 67kg for many years. Then earlier last year I got shingles (spent 3 weeks in bed) and dropped to 64kg and that weight has stayed off. I'd like to drop another 3kg. Mostly I want to lose fat around my stomach and face, have a more defined chin as I used to when younger.

So those are my goals, and 2 weeks is my time frame .. what does everyone suggest?
