Steph Topic Author Offline New Member Posts: 5 Thank you received: 6	I started MMS about 6 weeks ago amd then began terrible acid reflux. I had to back off my dosage to maintenance/ 3dr/2x. Any ideas or helpful thoughts/suggestions? I've noticed good results, better energy, some better sleep, but it feels uncomfortable putting this into a queasy, acidy stomach.

I ate dinner about 20 mins after my dose and within about 30 mins I was nauseated and felt like I was burping up hot lava. If any man lacks knowledge, let him ask. Steph Topic Author Offline New Member Posts: 5 Thank you received: 6	For now, I'm only dosing at least an hour away from meals and I'm eating much less, and simple. The people where I buy my stuff suggested I put a pinch of baking soda into the MMS drink each time. Another person said don't add baking soda to MMS- so it's confusing. However, tsp baking soda in 1/2 glass water when the acid starts burping up helps that.

Steph, baking soda will neutralize the MMS, so I would not use it.

You might try using 4% HCL instead of 50% Citric Acid and see if the CA is the problem.

Please let us know if changing acid activator helps.

If you're going to try HCl as JB13 is suggesting, you might as well try the new CDH that Jim just announced since it's also helpful for stomach issues in it's own way. Here's the link to that:

I'm Scott McRae, creator of "The Antidote" & CDH with CLO2's help (Charlotte Lackney)

- I did a CDH injection / Chlorine Dioxide (CLO2) injection / IV push of 10ml of dilute 50ppm CDH / CLO2 into my blood 3 times in 11 hours & did before & after blood tests that showed that it did NO HARM to my blood, liver or kidneys. This suggests the possibility that CDH / CLO2 is a potential LIFESAVING MRSA cure, VRE cure, CRE cure, AMR cure, Ebola cure, HIV cure, Cancer cure, etc., since it appears to be safe intravenously at 50ppm.

Hey Scott,

Don't laugh, but my head swims and my anxiety raises at the mention of ml.'s! It must be all those science tests I failed in JHS and HS. So I bucked up and looked up the conversion tables. The video is a little confusing in that it says on #7- Dose 1-3 ml which is 0.2 -0.6 tsp. The 2nd page says dose- 1 oz every hour which is 30 ml.
I'll assume it's the 1oz? But I will try these 2 suggestions of changing to the 4% HCl (which I must locate where to purchase), and also make this CDH.
When I purchase 4%HCl can I still make MMS 1:1 with it? I'll still be making some for teeth, mouth wash, ear drops, bath, etc. THANKS!!!

If you go into the farm and pet store (and there's got to be one locally, if you're rural - if not, go to amazon) - you can purchase syringe barrels for giving injections to pets - all the syringe barrels are marked off in mLs - makes it easier to use.

Hi Steph,

I know what you mean, I used to have a real aversion to the metric system in general, basically because I didn't understand it. It's kind of important when we do small measurements though and that's where milliliters come in handy - otherwise we have to say things like 1/5th of a teaspoon which is 1ml. There are 5ml in a teaspoon.

What video are you talking about that is a little confusing?

It's difficult to find 4% HCl but 10% is easy as are other percentages and then you can dilute it down to the 4% you need for CDH easy enough.

And yes, you can still make MMS 1:1 with the HCl but CDH works great for "teeth, mouth wash, ear drops, bath, etc." too. Take a look at this post I did for teeth, etc:
