I am new to the MMS/CDS world, to the world of online support groups, and a technical nerd. After two days I finally figured out how to even ask a question on this website, which I like very much. I have Jim Humble's latest book and have spent quite a bit of time on Michael Harrah's website.

I have joined both of the support websites which Michael Harrah recommends, the Yahoo groups and the Genesis II Forum. What is the difference between the two? Can I pose the same question on both of them? I notice that Michael Harrah, for example, who has become a bit of a guru to me, answers questions on both. I don't want to be redundant or seem disloyal but I would like to get as wide a picture as possible, given that this is all new to me. I am not sick but would like to begin using MMS/CDS on maintenance preceded by a detox as Jim Humble recommends, and have many initial questions, the first one being where to ask them.

Thank you very much,
Hannelore

I, also am a new user - lovin it - I have only done the Genesis II forum. I have been able to get lots of help from it. If you don't see or get an answer right away, or can't figure out where to find - I click on the support and send a message, you get an answer pretty quick.

Hannalore, I missed this - sorry.

Michael Harrah has an internet mailing list group humble_mms, which I believe you have found. He is on that group and does give advice. He is also occasionally here on the G2C forum.

There are people on the G2C forum that are not on the mailing list and vice-versa. You can belong to both. The Humble_MMS group does tend to get a little off-topic from the Humble protocols, as you have probably seen. We also tend to have a bit more than just the MMS protocols, but tend to come back to the protocols.

I also am on both groups.

Pam
