Hi everyone,

I just read in the newsletter that MMS doesn't really work for vegans, and my whole family and many relatives and friends are vegans. So I'm just wondering if there are any vegans/vegetarian users who have had success with MMS?

Peggy

Peggyc, can you reference that newsletter as I don't recall reading that statement. I can't remember the last time I ate animal flesh, and MMS seems to work for me.

When someone says they are vegetarian, I always wonder what they eat - only salads for every meal? :) The definition of vegan is more clearly known, however.

MMS is an oxidizer and what kind of diet one eats should not make any difference unless you take an antioxidant at the same time as MMS.

Hi JB 13,

I read it here:

mmsnews.is/all-newsletters-list/132-vegans-vegetarians-cancer-09-21-2012

And it's good to know that MMS works for you. I eat everything except animal flesh and byproducts from animals (such as milk, eggs, honey, etc.) So I'll give MMS a try too. Thanks!

Thanks peggyc for that link. I do recall reading it when Mark wrote it last year. Without re-reading the entire newsletter, I believe he is mainly discussing Vitamin B-12 and that it is mostly found in animals and/or their byproducts that we might ingest. I do eat farm fresh eggs and yogurt made from raw milk, plus I take a daily Vitamin B-12 supplement. I presume you also take a Vitamin B-12 supplement in order to get adequate Vitamin B-12.

The web page has info on Vitamin B-12:
ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/VitaminB12-HealthProfessional/

Let us know how MMS, CDS and/or CDH works for you and your family.

Thanks!

Thanks JB 13,

Yes we take Vitamin B supplements. We'll try MMS and let you know how it goes. Thanks!
