Pat, the latest protocol for Malaria is here:

You can activate MMS with 4% HCL, but I would suggest to activate for 60 seconds instead of 20 seconds in a dry, clean glass. Then add as much water as you want.

Maintenance doses can be 3 drops or more, morning and evening.
