I was seeing improvement and could barely even notice the ringing anymore. It seems as soon as I started MMS the ringing has gotten worse again. Is there any connection or is it a coincidence?

I do not know what that mean but in general, for almost 9 months of takink mms the ringing is weaker so i do not really care about it, not mentioning the other BENEFITS from mms.

I am taking it orally. My tinnitus started in June, with no explanation. I have seen several specialists including ENT's, chiropractor's and my acupuncturist. It was unbearable when it first started then about a month ago I could barely hear the ringing at all. I started MMS and have been taking it for about a week now and have also noticed the ringing getting louder. I am up to 11 drops. I read that MMS can make your magnesium levels drop (which I am unsure if this is true or not), but lack of magnesium can make the ringing worse. So I have decided to stick with the protocol and start taking magnesium supplements and see how things work out.

i noticed that when i am drinking linseed oil the ringing is weaker.
i was using eardrops with dmso but it was not helping so i stoped.
when i was taking high doses of vitamin C when i did not even know about mms, the ringing also was stronger.
i do not even remember when my tinnitus started but it was long time ago when i was a kid. and i also supplement magnesium on my skin and with dilution in water. magnesium chloride is the best

When my ringing is loud the only thing that makes it almost completely go away is drinking a few alcoholic drinks. I don't understand why as everything I have read and told about tinnitus alcohol makes the ringing worse. Luckily the ringing is more manageable then when if first started so I haven't felt I needed to drink but it still confuses me as to why it makes it better, only temporarily of course.

larrymagee Offline Premium Member Posts: 144 Thank you received: 89	the tricky thing about tinnitus, if I understand it right, is that there can be multiple causes. I think mine is from nerve damage from playing the drums in rock bands when I was younger. This kind is supposed to be incurable. On the upside, it doesn't bother me. It's a constant ringing that I'm used to.
