I am going to start the MMS protocol tomorrow 1 drop every hour for 8 hours. Do you take it before or after meals? Is it safe to go out in public or will you have loose bowels?

Taking your last question first - it's hard to know - some people (I'd guess most people) have no problem at 1 drop an hour, activated.

You could take less, if you do, though. Make up a daily bottle and put in 4 drops. then take 1/8 of the bottle an hour - that's a 1/2 drop dose. Or you can use the baby bottle procedure found at

michaelharrah.us/parasite-protocol/protocol/132-baby-bottle-method-adults

which is a variant on it which starts at 1/8 of a drop an hour.

Regarding taking the MMS before or after eating, at only 1 drop per dose it may not make a difference as most people can handle that fine on an empty or full stomach. On higher doses, nausea seems to happen more on an empty stomach.

Just do the protocol ever hour and eat as you normally would; no need to adjust your meal times.

I started the 1000 protocol 15 days ago .I went to three drops at the third hour and have continued until I had to back off for the reason of loose bowels. Everyday I start at 3 drops till about the 5th. or 6th. hour when I normally get very uncontrolled and I back off. Tomorrow I will try backing off an eighth of a drop for 8 hours and see what happens. I would like to know what supplements to take if any and what kind of diet is most beneficial while being on the protocol?I am diabetic and have had to decrease my insulin intake because of low blood sugars.I also have nail fungus on my right toe and I'm seeing the discoloration leave while my nail seems to be geeting better, so I do see some improvements already. Thank you for a reply.
