Maybe a silly question was created by lindalou
I started taking 1 drop of mms every hour for 8 hours today. Tomorrow I will try two drops per hour. Do I need to be taking any vitamins? I have been eating a diet of high raw veggies, veggie burgers and such. 3 or so fruit a day also. Meat about 3 times per week. Is it ok to take my diatomaceous earth with the mms?? I do 1 tbls per day. Thank-you

diatomaceous earth, yes.
vitamins at least 2 hours after your last dose of MMS for the day.

Personally, I don't think you need to be taking any vitamins - you're getting plenty in your diet - you may want to take a mineral supplementation - but again, this is not something I would stress over - your MMS is time-limited.
