Hi-I was wondering if it is OK to take melatonin before bed at the same time as taking mms? Thank you.

Best to take melatonin 2 hrs after your last MMS dose.

I am not medicated but have epilepsy, i am really working hard at finding a long lasting solution, DMSO and hematoxylon is helping but not completely.
