I am preparing to start my first dose of MMS this week but I'm having some questions about what I can eat throughout the day since I'm finding that I consume a lot of Vit C and antioxidents. I am a vegetarian and due to a further restricted diet b/c of candida and a compromised gut, I am only able to eat a few things right now. I am wondering if I am able to drink my veggie juice (spinach, cucumber, parsley, cilantro, peppers and celery) or if I need to have this 2 hrs before or 2 hrs after starting my daily MMS protocol? Also, I eat one or two salads with romaine and/or spinach throughout the day. Would I have to wait and only eat this in the evening 2+ hrs after my last dose? How about coconut, nuts and eggs?

I really appreciate your help! I really want to make this work!

Salads should be fine - vege juices, which are concentrated nutrients should probably be done 2 hrs after your last dose for the day. coconuts, nuts and eggs are OK.
