I'm with Archer on this topic. I also am not a fan of soft drinks and never drink them. However, the key here is increasing the MMS dose without the nausea. In fact it's more than nausea; it feels like some primal repulsion the body has so i feel like i want to vomit when i even think about MMS. This only happens when the drops get higher, for everyone it's different but for me its around 7 drops.
so the only reason to drink coke is to overcome that feeling and ingest higher amounts of MMS. The coke is a minor short term negative for more important gain.
By all means i'm open to alternatives, but all i've come across is juice, which almost always has vit c added, and even if it doesn't i want to avoid even the little vit c found in natural juices if it's going to counteract the mms.
Most cordials like ribena also have vit c added. If anyone has suggestions how to mask the taste in a quick and convenient way please share.
for me was the best result that use MMS1 with Keto diet. After body turn to Ketone Body then MMS1 will effect veey well.
in fact who care about health for cola and Pepsi not only avoid suger is the healthy thing. Carbohydrates will be glucose in body . similar bread will be 70% glucose so if eat 100gram bread will turn as 70gram suger. carbohydrates is more bad than suger.
my Testminual was Keto with MMS1 with protocol 1000 was the best result after 8 days only and sure i do it for 21days as Jim humble protocols.
my advice for who want to recover to health again to avoid carbs and suger at least at protocol period
for me even if healthy again i will never stop keto forever because very good result similar when i was young life.
