I know that vitamin C cancels out MMS but does drinking coffee really have the same cancelling effect on MMS?

I found out that for me it is not good to drink coffee while on mms. But I drink coke and this is not a problem for me, the mms still works.

I know it is not allowed to drink coffee or coke.

I think you can drink coke - however, not coffee. coke is not the best choice for your health, as I'm sure you know, however, it does not inactivate MMS. It's not the caffeine that is a concern, it is the antioxidants in the coffee.

Is it correct to say that there is a two hour window in which not to consume coffee, carbonated beverages, or vit c and anti-oxidant vitamins after taking in mms? If you are on protocol, the mms is basically working 8-10 hrs...it is ok to take these things two hours after your last dose...or 2 hrs before your first dose, as mms is only active in the body for about an hour and a half. This is my understanding.

Thank you!

if you are serious about restoring your health as I was many years previosly, going without coffee will not be a deal breaker

If you are going to drink coffee you need to wait an at least an hour and a half before you start your 8 hour protocol. You need to avoid snaking during protocol, ascorbic acid, Vitamin c, chocolate, caffeine, alcohol....it is best to just drink water :)

Good to see people say Cola should be OK for MMS

I want to increase my daily dose of MMS for a short period and I think switching from drinking MMS with just water is key to achieving that short term goal.

I was at the supermarket today and looking at various soft drinks I could mix with MMS but most had vitamin C in it or artificial sweeteners, which I'm not keen on.

If you are taking MMS for any specific health concern, you might want to consider cutting out soda all together. Although most of us enjoy the beverages, they are toxic to your health. Do we take MMS to be able to continue to consume the crap that got us in the boat in the first place? Maybe try eliminating poisons just for the time you are doing a protocol. I'm sure you will get better results and your body will thank you by showing you more significant improvements.

Archbishop recommends taking it with Water or Juice. Stick it out for a protocol on what he recommends.
