"...You can place an order with them directly on their website (no need to ask for their bank details, they will give them when you place the order) ..."

Been there done that..... I have their Estimate in front of me >>>>> # EST-001124  >>No banking details on the form.

Thanks for your Time though, stu77000.

You don't need an estimate or quote from them.
You just use their website as if you were using a website like Takealot or any other online shop. No need for estimates.

Put the SC in your basket and checkout. It's quite simple really. I'm not sure what you are doing.......

Try Bid Or Buy, they have SC as well.

"...You don't need an estimate or quote from them..."

It is all part of the procedure stu77000 ,  once you order from them you will understand what I am talking about.

Once you order they send you the estimate to your email address, which you then have to accept by clicking on a button, then you have to join some organisation of them which takes you to their Banking setup......and so forth and so forth.....

Believe me I have tried it all.

I have made up my mind about these guys, thank you kindly stu77000

I have ordered from them about 7 times now, and none of what you say I have come across. I have ordered both through their own website and Bid Or Buy.

You will struggle to find SC in small quantities elsewhere IMO, but I wish you well.

Hi,

A while back I guess I subscribed to receive some emails when people post some new things. Now, I am getting way too many emails and I need to unsubscribe from the email, but I don't know how to do that. Can you please post or email me at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and let me know the process to stop some of these emails.

Thank You,

Doyle

Hello Doyle, I believe, not entirely sure, that you can choose which topics you want to follow, and delete such a choice also, in your profile/account, and by doing so you stop receiving emails, about every new activity in those topics.

I looked for some en masse way to stop receiving e-mails and I couldn't find anything.
I also couldn't find any way to receive e-mails when people post.

Maybe those options were removed by the Admins, and now someone in your position is screwed?

Unless you manually UNSUBSCRIBE from every topic you posted and commented in.
And you have to turn off automatic subscription to topics you post or comment in.

Yes, that's what I did, when receiving too much emails. This forum isn't the most user friendly, I find.
After unsubscribing from topics, the topic remains visible in my profile, which is a nuisance.
I'd rather organize my use of this forum myself, instead of all that pomp and circumstance
not helpful AT ALL. When I visit the forum, and in my profile it says "logged in" it's not the case.
When I leave a comment shortly after arriving, it's not published due to being logged out.
This issue isn't addressed, despite my request to do something about it. Losing content with
links and having to look it up again doesn't make me an enthusiastic visitor here.
While it's a great library of knowledge and experiences, useful in our present time even more, I feel.
I honestly think that this forum needs a fresh paint, a good clean up, or a new mod-team.
