I suggest reading Jim Humble's "MMS Health Recovery Guidebook".

And anything external generally starts internally.

I believe I read you should never apply DMSO stronger than 50% above the waist. The skin on the neck and head are very sensitive so it should be diluted for sure. And an organic cotton q-tip seems like a good idea.

Forget it.

???

It's not as simple as "do this", and you are potentially putting yourself in
harms way if you just follow "random" advice on a discussion forum from
people you don't know, and whose knowledge, etc., covers a WIDE spectrum.

You NEED to read, study, research, and LEARN about the products, substances,
concepts, and protocols.
DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE.
So you become knowledgeable and cultivate an informed opinion and can make informed decisions.
