Louisesilver Offline Junior Member Posts: 31 Thank you received: 7	I believe I read you should never apply DMSO stronger than 50% above the waist. The skin on the neck and head are very sensitive so it should be diluted for sure. And an organic cotton q-tip seems like a good idea.
