Bird - mushrooms target the thyroid (you need iodine & mushrooms are a great natural way to get it), and sweet potatoes for the pancreas.

And be patient with the MMS, give it a chance.

Hi bird, I think we all have to remember that MMS is not a cure-all it is a means to assist you with taking your own health in your own hands. it is my understanding that you can take MMS for the rest of your life (maintenance doses) because there are no side affects/long term problems.

I think there are plenty of healthy food you can eat as well, its just that you should avoid Vitamin C in juice as a delivery method. I eat lots of fruit which naturally contains vitamin C but I try to avoid eating straight before/after my hourly dose.

is important to know that the diabetis often may be cause by infections caused by virus, or bacteria or fungus or even by parasites like eurytrema or fasciolopsis. for this reason you must consider this and try to take higher dosis of mms until the cause is gone. or i sugested you take a purge for this especific parasites.

Dont take any iodine if you have Hashimotos thyroiditis because the iodine will inflamme your thyroid. Hashimotos is an autoimmune thyroid disease that can lead to hypothyroidism but if you follow an anti inflammatory diet you may be able to control it and avoid the hypothyroidism. It is when your body forms antibodies against your thyroid tissue. Gluten is usually the culprit here because organicly it looks like thyroid tissue. Actually your thyroid is not sick its just mistaken for the Gluten you eat. YOu can get thyroid antibody tests done to see if you have it or just regular thyroid issues. Its a blood test and can be expensive if you dont have medical coverage but worth knowing. If you have it you must not take any iodine at all.

In regular hypothyroidism your thyroid is sick and you can take iodine to heal it. Your thryroid itself is under active and you will need help to support it. The thyroid is a complex organ but very interesting. You have to look at the T3 and T4 to see where the problem lies.

This brings up a whole new thought. According to Andreas Kalcker, lab rats can be made gluten intolerant by giving them parasites. (I don't know which one) - I wonder if there might be an underlying parasitical infection, causing the gluten intolerance, and then the autoimmune reaction to the intolerance.
