Firstly I think the mms helped, I am still taking the maintenance doses and will continue to do so. I usual started the day with several fruits such as grapefruit, banana, apple etc, I used to take a bag of mixed unsalted nuts with sultanas to work with me. I would then have a salad for lunch, and usually a salad for dinner, I would mix the salads up by using avocado, cabbage, bean sprouts, beans, alfalfa and anything I could get my hands on. I also eat more fruit is I felt hungry and more nuts.

I was a little hungry in the early few days but realised that there is no limit to the size of the salads, I used to have a large bowl at dinner time. I found that after the first few days my energy levels went up and I started to feel good. I didn't eat bread because I think this is where I have problems, I used to eat too much but now I eat it occasionally.

Towards the end of the month I cheated on two occasions by eating some fish but this made no difference to my levels.

By the way I still try to eat a salad at last once a day, and really enjoy it.

MMS is good for many diseases.
For diabetes is not good.
My friends, colleagues, neighbors (I spoke with them) drank MMS, CDS and no one helps lower sugar (I am thinking of 7 people).
I do not have diabetes but my sugar is always on the border (about 6) which is not good.
I drink MMS and CDS for some time (more than 1 year) and my sugar nothing falls.
The doctor was believes that we pancreas produces less insulin than before and it will gradually be on tablets, later to insulin.

7 is not a big enough sample, Merklova. However, for your 7 it sounds as though MMS was not successful. IF the diabetes is caused by pathogens damaging the pancreas, and the pathogens are removed through MMS, then the pancreas can get better .However, Jim Humble has admitted that it's, at best, 50% successful, and takes a long time - 6 months or more.
