“Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer;“ (Romans 12:12)

My soul shall rest in hope,
Rejoicing in His love,
Who, in the darkness, gives me light,
And lifts my eyes above.
My soul shall rest in hope,
And live in faith divine;
Supremely blest while I can feel
The dear Redeemer mine.

Whate’er His will denies,
