When I am not able to be at home for the 8-hour dosing period,
I mix up a 1 qt / 1 liter bottle of the MMS or CDS and drink from that.
You need to use a dark amber-brown bottle (see my website, link below)
for sunlight protection, and keep it relatively cool. Heat will destroy the
MMS/CDS/CD/ClO2. And it will evaporate quicker, too, and disappear into the air.
I put a piece of white tape down the side of my bottle, filled the bottle
with 4 oz / 1/2 cup amounts of water and marked with a permanent black
marker the levels 8 levels. Then I could just "drink to the next level mark"
throughout the day and not worry about mixing or having to measure it out,
although sometimes I would pour a 4 oz drink in a beaker instead of
drinking out of the bottle. Whatever you can do that's easiest.
So you have to put as much CD in the bottle as you would take over
the 8 hours, multiplying the drops by 8. So 8 drops for "1 drop per hour",
16 drops for "2 drops per hour", etc...
Or whatever the equivalent is for CDS if you are using 3,000/4,000 ppm CDS.
(I use 24,000 ppm CDS, which is drop-for-drop compatible with MMS, but fully activated)
It works very well.
BUT, if you are adding DMSO to the MMS, you CANNOT put DMSO in
the big bottle. That will erode the MMS relatively quickly. So you would
have to add those drops into a poured drink each time.
For eating, I eat at least one hour before and after the dosing period (breakfast / dinner),
and separate lunch 1/2 hour between.
