In 2019 I had rheumatic fever, unfortunately at that time I preferred to go to the doctors, since then my pulse has been somewhat high (80, 90.. instead of 60), heart pain, palpitations, dry cough, fatigue. But my echocardiograms, holter... indicated normal.
 Since 2020 I have been taking the CDS, Q10  for seasons. Weeks ago in April 2023 I had an echocardiogram and this time it came out that I have mild mitral regurgitation. I have a dry cough, I get a little agitated when eating, talking, walking, I'm a man of 46, very slim. A few days ago I resumed the CDS in occasional 4ml daily doses and I have less cough, more energy, I feel better for a few days.
Anyone else with experience with heart problems and using CDS, specifically insufficiencies, chest pain?
