Hello all!
After reading through the testimonials, it seems that CDS/MMS can be effective with acid reflux and GERD. LPR (Laryngopharyngeal reflux) is a symptom of GERD where the stomach pepsin travels up the esophagus as a gas and stays there dormant until low PH foods/drinks are in contact with it, in this case, the pepsin becomes active and starts "digesting" the throat and associated areas, like the lungs. This is the reason for shortness of breath, lump in throat, dry and painful vocal cords etc. It is a really frustrating issue to deal with as the only real releaf is by eating high PH foods (6+PH). If I take CDS the usual way in a glass of water, it irritates my throat and causes those awful symptoms.

I'd like to give CDS/MMS another try at sorting out this issue, therefore I have a few questions I'm hoping some of the experienced can point me in the right direction.
I've seen comments that CDS is very alkaline, however, my PH tester is showing a different story. In order for me to get it to my stomach, I've considered filling drops into capsules and taking those. Also using it with high PH water like "Staatl Fachingen" but I'm not sure if the high bicarbonate of this natural water can counter the CDS, I understand baking soda can counter, but this is a natural mineral water. Finially, taking MMS without the activator.
I'd love to hear feedback on this.

Although your case MIGHT be different, if it causes throat issues,
you MIGHT have a Mold/Fungus issue.
Which should be cleared up first with a Bentonite Clay Protocol.

Are you following Jim Humble's "MMS Health Recovery Guidebook"?

Maybe using (Pure/Plain) Seltzer Water might help. (in part or whole)

You can test any liquid with ClO2 Test Strips to make sure it doesn't
negatively affect the ppm.

And some people put the MMS1/CDS in liquid gel caps.

I had a Hiatal Hernia for many years and took Pepsid and the like.
Are you doing anything like that to decrease your HCl levels?

I've tested my MMS and CDS for pH before, but I don't remember what
the values were. But I seem to remember they weren't that far off neutral.

I hope you figure it out and it ends up helping you.
