A year ago, I used CDS right from the first day of my fever. After the fever passed, I continued, but soon the dry mouth set in, which got so bad that it didn't matter, I drank a lot. Now I was taking CDS from the fifth day of fever and the next day was the first day when there was no fever. Later it returned briefly and now the temperature is normal. But the dry mouth came again. Is it related to the fact that I did the CDS with demineralized water and it pulled the salts out of the body and the water too? Last year I used birch sap. Or is it the nature of this corona disease? Last year, the dry mouth lasted another week and a half. I don't want to administer CDS anymore if such an unpleasant side effect occurs.

Well, it is a 'form' of chlorine, so it could have that effect.

And/Or it could simply be a form of Herxheimer Reaction.
(if so, doing the "Herxheimer Protocol" of reducing the MMS/CDS might
make it go away -- you didn't say how much and how often you were taking it --
details like that are important)

And/Or it could be leaching salts & minerals from your body and otherwise
acting like a dehydrating diuretic.

And/or it could be a side effect of COVID.

Are you otherwise hydrating well? (maybe with pH water or the like --
like a small glass of water on the half hour, etc.)

Have you tried sucking on a peppermint hard candy or something like that?
Don't want to increase your sugar intake too much.

We have to act according to what our body does and try to figure out
the best route to take. Sometimes that is difficult and/or sucks.
Especially if you aren't very good at that.

Maybe others will have some suggestions.

Last year i was following Protocol 1000 and could bear with it for seven and a half days. i was using birch juice as the solvent. Then the mouth was dry for like 1.5 weeks or the double time.
This year i was also following this protocol however using one drop to two drop pairs during the first day (Wednesday) and full three drop pairs during the second day (Thursday). i discovered a dry mouth between these two days and it is still lasting. i stopped using CDS after Thursday. While being in the vertical position, my mouth is not so dry but my sleep is very disturbed as i need to take a sip every now and then and it only offers a short relief. Such dry mouth thing has only happened to me twice in my life, now being the second time. Yes, i am hydrating well but this does not help. i am not drinking a glass of water every half an hour, i drink when i feel i want to drink and only take some sips. my usual drink is maple juice. i remember eating a cup of ice cream a couple of days ago. And otherwise, i have eaten sweet cherries and sweet apple juice in addition to salty things.

That's not the "Low and Slow" suggestion that Jim Humble suggests.
I think he starts at 1/4 drop and builds up slowly.
I've never heard of Birch Juice being the activator.
(you said solvent -- are you creating your own CDS? --- that doesn't
sound right if you are taking "drops")

HCl is generally the suggested activator these days. (4%/5% solution)
And in STEAM Distilled Water. That is if you are hourly mixing
Sodium Chlorite and activating it with an acid.

But then you mention CDS. Are you mixing your own or using pre-mixed CDS?
And if it is CDS, what is the PPM concentration?

I suggest you get Jim Humble's "MMS Health Recovery Guidebook" and
follow its protocols with the Starting Procedure, which generally takes
a few days, and then builds up to 3 drops over a few days.
And if you are experiencing the dry mouth problem, then he tells you how
to cut the drops in half until that stops happening (assuming it is an Herxheimer Reaction)
and SLOWLY build up over a number of days.

Other than that, I don't know what to tell you.

Although, some people do put the MMS/CDS in empty gelatin capsules
and take it that way. If it is affecting just your mouth because of drinking it,
then I suppose that would be a way around it.

i have never mentioned that i used birch juice as an activator. i used it as a solvent. This year i used demineralized water as a solvent. i am using the reagents available at Mineralgarden.org . i have never measured the final concentration, only calculated using chemical reaction equality.
