After making CDS using the shot glass method, which yields 3000 ppm do you dilute the CDS befor consuming?

I put 10 mL (2 teaspoons = 10 mL) into a quart of distilled water. I have read that it's best to mix only the 3 or 4 oz. that you're going to take at a time, because it loses the CLO2 which is a gas, within 30 min. of making a batch. I'm taking 4 oz per hour, but I don't know how long I'm going to do this. Started tonight. I was sick 2 weeks ago,and have had some scratchy throat and other issues I wondered what this would do for me. I thought I'd do it for a day or two, not the full Bolivian protocol of 21 days.

Always dilute before ingesting. Standard practice is to dilute with 1 litre of water and drink in 100 - 120ml doses (so 8 - 10 doses) every hour.

You can spray pure 3000ppm CDS on your skin for wounds, etc. but never drink pure 3000ppm CDS.

Keep your bottle refrigerated (CDS gases off at temperatures above 11 degrees Celsius) with a airtight top.
