HCL Solution

This question is for those you who are making your own 4% HCL solution. Do you use ACS Grade HCL, which is food andMedicinal grade HCL. If you do where did you purchase it. I have studied the molarity of different % HCL solutions and how to prepare a 4% solution. I have also prepared by reading the precautions one needs to know when working with HCL.

I dilute 36% HCl down to 4%, which is a very hazardous process, but it is very cheap that way. I don't really care much about the quality of the HCl because I discard it after making CDS.
