Intermittent Fasting on CDS was created by Jed10
I'm doing Intermittent fasting at the moment but wanted to know if I can take CDS on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. Everyone around me is coming down with illness and I want to try to prevent this. I've been stopping eating at 20;00 at night & then don't eat ultill 12:00 the following day. Then around 15:00 I've been having 3ml of CDS in 200ml of water. Is this worth doing.or can I take it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning?

Since CDS doesn't contain either of the ingredients used to make it, I believe that you can take it on an empty stomach. My wife and I have done this many times with no ill effects. We use 18 - 30 ml of CDS in a quart of water, and drink it over the course of six or eight hours. When it's time to eat, we wait several hours afterwards before resuming our CDS water. I usually do two liters per day this way.

Could you guys help me out? I am very new to CDS, been taking only 2 drops in water 4-5x/day between meals... I have seen conflicting info on dosing... how long should I wait after eating to take a dose, and how long after a dose can I eat? Most protocols call for hourly dosing, so how do you fit in meals?? thx!

CDS is calculated in ml, not drops.
A starting dose can be about 5ml in 1 litre of water. Divide that 1 litre into 8 parts and drink every hour for 8 hours.

Protocol C (the standard protocoI I guess) is 10ml in 1 litre of water.

Thanks... start at 5ml and move to 1oml... got it... do that daily for general health? Every day?

Drink every hour... good, but if I drink every hour... no eating for 8 hours, right? I guess I could start at 8am and eat around 5-6pm... I could handle that... or if I ate late morning, 11am ish... how long to wait before the first CDS dose? Noon or 1pm would be OK or is that too soon?
One ml of CDS = 20 drops, yes? I use a dropper.

I appreciate the help!

Yes general health and more! Every day if you want, but eating healthy should also be a part of your life otherwise CD will become a crutch you can't do without.....

You can eat a small meal 30 minutes before and after dosing. So 1pm dose. 1:30pm eat. 2pm dose. 3pm dose and so on.
Remember no antioxidant high foods or drink like coffee, tea or oranges, etc. while dosing. You need a 2 hour break before dosing, so either in the morning 2 hours before dosing, or 1 hour after you have finished dosing.

Not sure how many drops 1ml is. If you are using CDS start using ml otherwise you will come unstuck at some point. Everyone who uses CDS uses ml. Drops are for MMS1.

Get Andreas Kalckers book, Forbidden Health, it has everything you need.

I am still wondering about dosage and time frames... 1ml is around 20 drops... I have been taking a fraction... and... 30 mins after a meal there is still plenty of food in the stomach... does this not react with CDS?
ALSO:  I just read that CDS loses its potency in just a few weeks... if in the refrigerator... a few days if room temp.   Is this true?  I buy CDS online and it would be expensive if it becomes useless in only a few weeks!
If I am just trying to maintain health, with no real illness... is taking daily necessary? Seems that the Klacker protocol for "maintenance" is a lot of CDS... From his site:

AS AMATEUR OR BEGINNER

The first dose is 3 ml (60 drops) CDS adding 200 ml of water, before sleeping, on the first day of treatment.
On the second day another 3ml CDS are taken by adding 200 ml of water, one hour after breakfast and another three activated drops by adding 200 ml of water, before sleeping.
On the third day, the two previous doses are taken, after breakfast and before sleeping, adding another dose one hour after eating.
Then you continue with the same three doses, one hour after breakfast, lunch and before sleeping, the necessary time of the treatment, until you feel recovered.
This protocol is suitable for long-term application and also serves as maintenance.

BTW: Since CDS kills all bacteria and viruses... will it not destroy the GOOD stomach bacteria/biome?? Ths!

@AZJJ

CDS, to my understanding does no damage to the gut bacteria/flora. This was a major concern of mine as I researched CD before settling on CDS instead of MMS1 as my choice of CD.

The article below also helped with my understanding.

Here's a quote from Jim Humble's 2016 book. I highly recommend it:

How Does It Work

Oxidation
The tiny particles of the universe are held together by the electrons that surround them. Any action that results in the change of the electrons that hold matter together is considered oxidation. You may have thought that oxidation is somehow adding oxygen to what is being oxidized, but not so. Basically, oxidation either removes or changes the position of electrons that hold things together. This either completely destroys the substances or changes them into something else.

MMS and Oxidation
MMS1 (chlorine dioxide) destroys pathogens (diseasecausing microorganisms) not by using oxygen, but by oxidizing them. MMS1 draws away some of the electrons that hold the pathogens together, thus resulting in their destruction. MMS1 is also completely destroyed in the destructive process, leaving behind only a very minute amount of table salt (sodium chloride [NaCl]) and neutralized oxygen that simply washes out of the body. Various poisons created by the pathogens are also destroyed by the oxidation process. The fact is that MMS1 does not heal the body from sickness. As the oxidation process of killing the pathogen takes place, it is the body, freed from toxins, that heals the body. Beneficial bacteria are highly resistant to oxidation and thus are not harmed by chlorine dioxide.

Other Oxidizing Processes
Oxygen is the oxidizer that nature has designated for use in the human body because of its many important characteristics. Current oxygen therapies involve more than just breathing. In one type of oxygen therapy, the subject enters a pressurized hyperbaric chamber filled with pure oxygen. Pure oxygen under pressure is many times more effective than non-pressurized oxygen. This has many benefits and in some cases has worked miracles. Unfortunately, the increased pressure also multiplies the negative characteristics of oxygen, namely increasing the oxygen’s ability to oxidize (destroy) good cells as well as bad ones.
This treatment is also very expensive, and multiple treatments are usually required; therefore, the majority of mankind simply cannot afford the cost.

Two other very powerful oxidizers that are sometimes used in the body are hydrogen peroxide and ozone. While both of these have been and are used to help eradicate
disease, at the same time, they can damage the body when used improperly. Both are more powerful than oxygen or MMS1 (chlorine dioxide). Hydrogen peroxide and ozone can and do destroy many things including human body tissues.

Pathogens hide deep in body tissues. Because hydrogen peroxide and ozone, just like chlorine dioxide, are destroyed when they oxidize something, they are usually destroyed by oxidizing body tissues before they reach the pathogens hiding in the tissues. They can also be destroyed by poisons and impurities in the blood and tissues. Ozone and hydrogen peroxide may be useful sometimes but they should never be used by someone who is not highly trained in their use.

The oxidation potentials of these four oxidizers are given below. The strength of any particular oxidizer is measured in volts and as you can see, chlorine dioxide (MMS1) is the least strong of the four oxidizers. Because MMS1 is selective (oxidizing pathogens and not body tissues), it can be both more effective in oxidizing pathogens, as well as being safer than these other oxidizers.

Chlorine Dioxide - 0.95 volts
Oxygen - 1.30 volts
Hydrogen - Peroxide 1.80 volts
Ozone - 2.07 volts

CDS (Chlorine Dioxide Solution) – 0.95 volts
