Hello,  I started protocol C on day 1 and immediately started to feel sinus pain. (My sinuses seem to be like canaries in a coal mine. Anything ingested that is a problem they immediately start telling me). By day 3 it was a full blown sinus infection. Day 4 I tried the cds sinus protocol and it was a horrible experience. I’ve used colloidal silver in the past and other protocols that can be very uncomfortable but this was over the top. The actual rinse was uncomfortable but not abnormally so. It was the ton of mucus created for the next 12 hours plus the inflammation caused in the sinuses that was amazing. (Not in a good way). I thought perhaps after all of that things would improve but no. Still infected, pain, etc. I upped the cds to 20 ml/L on day 5 but still had issues. I’m now on day 6 and am up to 30ml/L. Things seem to be clearing finally. I’m wondering why it seems that the cds triggered this infection? Perhaps a war was being waged in there? Lol!  I was having some serious doubts about cds since it seemed to enable an infection instead of prevent/cure. Ideas?  Thanks!

I have heard people say that when using CD it can kill off something protecting dormant bacteria and the like, and then that can flare up and has to be killed off too.

As long as it is getting better!

Oh well, that doesnt sound too funny :-( sorry you went through this!
From my personal experiences and those around me, cds doesnt help (much) with sinus congestion. My father in law is a cds expert, he lead me to it - at the moment he´s fighting a sinus congestion since now weeks but cds doesnt help him either, unfortunately.

Stu77 had an explanation or maybe it was a bad coincidence... either way, hope you get better soon!

Last week i was feeling poorly. Three times in that week, I'd start getting head and face pain. As soon as i felt it, i took drops of MMS, applied it to my face and put 50% strength DMSO. And the discomfort went away.

Always use clean hands and anything that  touches DMSO. Its a solvent and carries everything through the skin. Also you have to rinse it off when it starts to burn a little.

You can apply organic alovera when DMSO starts to burn, or use it before hand to prevent that from happening.

Now on day 7. Sinuses have mostly cleared up and feel quite good. Swollen glands and ear congestion now. I’m feeling that this is probably a detox reaction so I will continue for another week.  Interesting journey!

I've suffered with chronic sinusitis for the past 10 years, I tried the naisal CDS method & like you it created a ton of mucus & made it far worse. I don't recommend this at all.

Everytime I caught a cold & my nose ran it almost always ended up with months of debilitating pain in my face & wisdom teeth. Then chronic fatigue & naisal drainage for months.

Here's my go to remedy to stop the pain & clear sinitus up which works every time for me.

1. Stretch your naisal passage before you rinse your sinuses Here

2. Use an electric naisal rinse in the morning & at night. Don't waste your money on the squeezy bottle type. I use a
Sinugator

You won't believe what comes out of your nose when you first do this!!

3. To stop the pain & prevent face ache I use a diffuser with menthol crystals once or twice a day depending how bad it is. I also use boiling water in it to melt the menthol crystals. It smells like Vicks vapour rub.
Diffuser
Menthol Crystals - this bag will last you about 5 years, maybe even longer
WARNING, only use a few crystals as this stuff is very potent. If you use too much it's like pepper spray so keep your eyes closed when you breathe in the steam.

4. Finally I've just started intermittent fasting (16/8 IF). What I've noticed is my naisal drainage doesn't start untill I break my fast at 12:00. From what I've read your sinuses drain much better fasting so you definitely feel better.

Hope this helps & good luck. Sinitus used to cripple me every year untill I discovered how to manage it properly. Now it's gone after 3 weeks with zero pain.

Forgot to add, when I started with Protocol C it also made me feel crap for a week with a stinking headache, the worst was 3 days in the middle, it felt like flue. It's your body detoxing. Just dial back how much CDS you injest & drink more water.
