What are you taking it for? Are you ill?

Could you be more specific - when you say "40 ml per litre daily twice a day" is that 80 ml in total per day?
If so, that is way too much unless you are really ill.

Here is what Andreas Kalcker says, note at the bottom the amounts:

1. Add 10 ml of CDS 3000 ppm (or 100 ml of CDS 300 ppm) to 1 liter of water per day.
2. Take one dose every hour until you finish the contents of the bottle (between 8 and 12 intakes).
3. For severe or life-threatening illnesses, you should increase the dosage little by little, drinking small amounts throughout the day, depending on how you feel, up to a maximum of 30 ml per liter of water.
4. If more is necessary, prepare another bottle. Reduce the dosage in case of discomfort or nausea. Do not drink more than 80 ml over 12 daily intakes (6ml/h for 100kg).
5. The treatment can continue for as long as necessary until the patient feels recovered.

General cleansing - 10 ml, 10 doses, 1 ml per hour
Severe illness - 30 ml, 10 doses 3 mlper hour
Critical cases - 80 ml, 12 doses, 6.7 ml per hour

I am not actively ill, but do have Barrett's esophagus (minor form) some minor GERD and also want to protect against colon cancer... I have eye floaters too, but that is probably my age, 65. And eating vs dosing... timetable and spacing... could you outline the standards Thx!

I'll share my experience with eye floaters. I've had floaters in both eyes in 2017 - about 63 years old at the time.
The floater in my right eye ended up being a semi-detached retina. I ended up seeing an ophthalmologist who was able to reattach the retina with laser surgery.

My left eye floater showed up after my first floater was fixed. This time it was a hole in my retina. He was able to fix the hole with laser surgery. I would strongly recommend seeing an eye specialist if you haven't already done so.

I started using CDS last year and can't recall reading about a protocol that will help with floaters. That's my experience.

Thanks, Jim, yes, I had both eyes checked by a good ophthalmologist... several times... mine started around 63 too... guess it is an age thing, as he verified... I was hoping CDS would help... guess not... MMS eye drops were worthless in my case too.

I am thinking maybe to hold off daily CDS until I feel a bug coming on... or run into some other health issue... since I am not familiar with CDS, I think I'll stick with Lugol's or Nascent iodine for daily protection...

I read Dr. Kalcker's "Forbidden Health" and to be honest... I was not that impressed. I do enjoy his videos... I am sure CDS can be a game changer if one is ill... but if healthy... why take it daily, especially 10ml+, which seems to be the standard preventative protocol?
