When you have finished with your chlorine dioxide treatment, you can try the following. You could add some of these items at least 1 hour AFTER your daily dose of CDS, but don't do the whole lot at the same time would be my advice.
Very helpful, thank you! It's also helpful to learn to recognize how the body responds to the intake of remedies and food products. Not only does it raise the costs of buying all of them, as if that would be necessary, but a large amount of intake can compromise one 's own immune system and health balance. It's better to make a sober choice and observe what happens with your condition, and based on that observation choose anew, or continue with the choice already made.
The recommendation in this image "YOU CAN ALTERNATE BETWEEN ALL THESE" (the more the better) is rather a materialistic way of looking at health, while "more" could easily lead to confusion, and lack of discernment, plus... money spent without benefiting from it.
When we choose our food as medicine, things are simple and sobriety is usually something our body loves to go by. How to wean off the present day consumerism, the intake of food in all sorts of ways, arriving in our kitchen from all over the world?
Also a form of Vit. C that is natural, such as Acerola, is recommended. Cheap Vit. C supplements contain a processed form of Vit. C. Natural Vitamin C can only be found in whole foods and whole-food-based supplements. It is less processed, more whole, more active, more readily absorbed, and less toxic than the synthetic isolate. One of many reasons to make sure absorbing Vit. C from one's food and drinks, using lemon instead of vinegar for example.
Last but not least, please don't overdo it with a Vit. D dose. Large amounts of it will have an effect on your brain tissue, hardening it. Vit. D is a fat-soluble vitamin, and therefore it's stored in the body, different from Vit. B and C, which are water-soluble. Remember how a shortage of vit. D causes weakness in the bones. Rickets was a common ailment around the turn of the 20th century, showing up much in London slums, where children weren't able to catch the Sun and store Vit. D in their bodies.
The symptoms are also called "The English Disease", for England's rise in wealth, during the Industrial Revolution, also involved child work in factories, which caused the famous London smog, blocking the sun. Children of the working class didn't have a chance to be in the sun in industrial areas. The other cause was unlimited drinking of alcohol, always a dual with poverty, also for those people who weren't born in wealth, but who suddenly grew very rich in a short period of time, when England became a world empire.
The rise in moral values didn't keep up with that rise in wealth, see? Therefore, those Victorian years knew tremendous indulgence, also in the English diet, when lots of food products, and spices arrived from the colonies. It's why England is still famous for its binging, bad diet, and generally poor health,
showing up through generations as well. The neglect of mass-protests against the government's corruption, its neglect of constructive solutions in England's society, to me, is one of the signs that the population has lost its spunk.
I've lived for almost 5 years in Britain and witnessed the fast decline in well being on this island, plus the Brexit affair, especially hard for the lower class income. Poverty and homelessness are on a staggering increase. It's why I'm not planning to return, and leave the much better living conditions of The Netherlands.
This year, an unusually high number of children suffer from Hepatitis B in England. In the US the number is relatively high as well. Most of them die or live on after a liver transplant. The side effects of vaccination are shocking in England, the population is dumbed down, brainwashed, and damaged even more, since the pandemic began. Most of the damage shows up in those with 3 jabs or more in their body. I wish you good health in these times of change.
