From Dr. Manuel Aparicio Alonso:
“Dear Colleagues and friends,
It is with pleasure that I share the first part of the investigation that we have done about Chlorine Dioxide in the form of CDS in COVID! The 2nd part will be available soon (treatment) and the 3rd part (long term effects). This first article already has DOI (It may be cited) the intention is to spread the information to save lives!! A strong hug to all!”

It is good that this paper has been produced and shows efficacy of ClO₂ as a prophylaxis against the SARS-CoV-2 virus … or at least the symptoms of COVID-19.
I do, however, disagree with the opening sentence of the abstract:
c19vitamind.com
For ivermectin, the prophylaxis studies are listed here:
c19ivermectin.com/#prep
Hydroxychloroquine has many studies at all early stages of disease progression including pre-exposure prophylaxis and post-exposure prophylaxis .
We could add other compounds to the list including fluvoxamine , which has been taken as post-exposure prophylaxis in some of the studies.
I do, however, disagree with the opening sentence of the abstract:
There are a number of substances that have proven very effective against this virus, notablyTo date, there is no effective prophylactic agent to prevent COVID-19.

I agree with your statement. There must have been a reason why they included that statement.

The site just shows "This preprint has been removed.", but I was able to find the PDF on
archive.org
. If it disappears from there I can upload it somewhere if anyone needs it.
