I'm three days into using CDS.  I've been doing the S protocol and two enemas, so far.  My sinuses and throat are so dry and sore, right now.  Is there a good homemade nasal spray I can make to give some moisture?  I'm drinking water all day long, but not helping this issue.  Thank you!

Update:  I just put some aloe juice, a pinch of pink salt and some distilled water in a nebulizer.  I don't know if that is ok, but it seems to be a little soothing.  Any other ideas are still welcome.  Thank you!

You did not tell us what CDS dosage you are using.

You can nebulize CDS at 50ppm.

Thank you.  So far, due to having to get past illness that causes me sensitivities, I am using the S protocol, with 1 ml of CDS to a pint of water.  I am taking it only very slowly throughout the day.  Will work up to taking more over time. May start using DMSO tomorrow, topically.  I have EBV in my liver, and using the DMSO will hopefully help to get the CDS more deeply into the tissues.

I found the nebulized distilled water with aloe and a pinch of salt to do very nicely to relieve the irritation in my nose.  I used for only about a minute.

Thank you!

Good idea to start with very a low dosage and slowly increase.

Did you do the DMSO sensitivity test?

Yes, aloe and salt can be helpful.

I should be receiving the DMSO, today, in the mail.  From what I undersand, I would put a small drop on my skin and wait to see that it all goes well, in order to test it?   I will likely muscle test, first, anyway.

Aloha,
Just saw this post. Amandha Vollmer's book 'Healing with DMSO' is a must have. You don't usually use DMSO at full strength - for external or internal use, unless it is a gel. Did you get the 99.9% liquid or the gel version? For topical I use 50% mixed with 50% organic aloe vera gel. But due to sensitivities I'm now using only 20% liquid to 80% aloe.
Do you have the safety guidelines for DMSO? I usually wash the surface area with colloidal silver before using, as any chemicals, toxins etc on the skin can be carried internally via the DMSO. Anyhow, if you need further info feel free to ask! :)
