Twice per day. Cotton ball. What might happen if she applied CDS daily in this fashion to the area?

You can try applying full-strength CDS + DMSO to the mole and see if it goes away. I would use a cotton swab (Q-tip), one end for CDS and the other end for DMSO. Apply a few times daily. Let us know what happens.
