Guys,

Has anyone had a sensation of a pounding heard taking CDS? I feel like my heart is pumping realy hard but when I check my heart rate with a heart rate monitor it's within the normal Bpm.

I've been doing protocol C (10ml CDS in 1 ltr water) for 3 weeks now on & off (on Mon-Fri, off Sat-Sun) to get rid of illness. The 2 weeks I felt sick & a bit flue like and put this down to my body detoxing which then went and I felt much better. Then on the 3rd week I started noticing what feels like my heart pumping harder. At times it's keeping me awake.

I didnt have any on the weekend just passed but I still had the issue.

Should I stop or is this normal?

Does anyone have any advice?

Thanks

I have had 2 atrial fibrillation episodes in the last 3 years that sent me to the hospital, but I have never had the pounding heart symptom you describe while using CDS.

I use 18 ml of CDS in a liter of water and drink it all day. Sometimes I will switch it up and use 5 drops of unactivated MMS in a liter of water. I've been doing this for several months.

I plan to keep this up until the current virus situation is no longer a threat, at which point I'll probably continue with both methods a couple of times a week.

It's possible that the pounding heart is caused by anxiety or certain foods or drinks.

I can't imagine MMS is causing the trouble. Should instead help calm down the heart.
If you're too low on mineral salts then the heart will protest. You could be low on potassium and magnesium.
Stay low on sugar and carbs in general may also help. Careful with too much protein as well.

Thanks for the replies, I ended up in the emergency room yesterday as I thought this might be heart damage from long term COVID.

All of the tests came back clear thankfully including magnesium & potassium, I did think it was strange as MMS is used for heart attack prevention.

The consultant said this was most likely anxiety/stress related manifesting physically. I did some research on anxiety and all of the symptoms I've been having as almost identical.

I'm just glad nothing is physically damaged. Now I feel much better and the palpitations have calmed down to almost nothing.

Last year was the most stressful time in my life so I think it may be the after effects catching up on me. The whole lock down COVID thing isn't helping much either.

I'm Gona start back on it in a few days I think.

This morning when waking up, I could hear and/or feel blood pulsating. If I move my head a little, then I don't hear it. This has happened in the past, too. No idea what causes it, but it can't be MMS because I rarely use MMS.

MMS is just an oxidizer which can kill pathogens. I have never heard of it causing any sort of body damage if dosed according to protocols.

Concerning nutrient tests in hospitals I would not take them too seriously. And stress and/or depression is a known cause of rapid potassium depletion. Magnesium reduces stress levels and strengthens the heart.
