Is there a noticeable difference in potency activating it & consuming it within 60s?
The MMS Health Recovery Guide says to activate it & consume in under 60s where as Andreas Kalckers guidence is just to make a 1ltr bottle up & consume over the course of 8hrs
Thanks

CDH can now be made in 5 minutes, but normally it also takes 8 to 12 hours to make.
MMS1 is the only Sodium Chlorite Solution (SCS) that can be made in 30 seconds.
The problem that continues with dosing CDS and CDH is the comparison to MMS1. Years ago it was claimed that 1ml of 3000ppm CDS was equal to a 3 drop dose of MMS1. That is not possible because 1ml of CDS contains 3mg of CLO2 and 3 drops of MMS contains up to 24mg of CLO2 if fully activated in stomach acid. So, both CDS and CDH continue to be under dosed when trying to follow MMS1 protocols.
If you are using CDS use CDS protocols and not MMS1 protocols.
If using CDH, use 1ml where MMS1 protocols call for 1 drop. The reason is that each milliliter of CDH is made from 1 drop of MMS.

To follow protocol C would there be any benefit in adding 1ml of CDS to 100ml of water every hour as opposed to adding 10ml of CDS to a 1ltr bottle of water in the morning & then consuming 100ml every hour?
I suppose what I'm trying to find out is does diluting CDS and leaving it in a 1ltr bottle all day weaken it in any way?

When making MMS1 (activating for 30 seconds) other byproducts are formed that may be useful. They disappear quickly, so making MMS1 fresh for each dose may have an advantage.
CDS, being only CLO2 gas in water, does not contain anything else.

You have heard it said, “You are what you eat”, but in my opinion, it’s more accurate to say “You are what you absorb.” Stomach acid plays an important role in what nutrients you absorb from the food you eat. When someone is deficient in stomach acid the vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other nutrients …

How to Test That Your MMS is Good
Published on: March 1, 2026
When activating MMS, it is very important that the drops of MMS and activator acid (note: HCl 4% [hydrochloric acid] or citric acid 50% is most commonly used as activator acid) turn amber color within the first 30 seconds. When we say amber, we are referring to a brown color. This can be anywhere from …
