I have inflammation & stiffness in fingers when I wake up in the mornings & also stiffness in the lower back. Can you help & suggest the right protocol for my above problem. I have started using CDS 3000 ppm and I am taking a dose of 10 ml in 1 liter of water and consuming it over a period of 10 hours in 100ml installments.
