i just opened my first bottle of CDS. I read the protocols and information many times so i cant explain my stupidity, but in a quick muscle memory way , i sniffed the bottle. instant buring inn lungs. of course. we can discuss my ineptitude later. all i can say is i have been very ill for a long time with multiple forms of candida and c diff., hardly able to leave the house.

what do i do. how bad is it going to get over next few hours. i have a nebulizer, should i use it with 1. saline 2. colloidal silver 3. a steroid ampule for nebulized asthma treatment. 4. not use it at all and try something else?

god bless you

I think all of us who have been using MMS1/CDS/CDH for a while have gotten a lung-full of chlorine dioxide (CLO2) gas at one time. You should be fine in a few hours.

If you want to inhale CLO2 gas, then I suggest you follow the Lung Protocol in Jim Humble's latest book  MMS Health Recovery Guidebook.

Thank you Clo2, that is reassuring and I really appreciate the response. Jim has a couple anecdotes in his earlier book that describes ppl who inhaled it are gasping for breath by hour 4 and generally having a bad time.

what about antioxidants to disable the oxidizing effects of CDS? I have liposomal vitamin C on hand.  And what about coffee? I read it diminishes the effects of chlorine dioxide. Not sure if taking these things orally will support the lungs?

I'm nebulizing just the saline for the time being— seems soothing.

Yes, vitamin-C & coffee will reduce CLO2 in your stomach (when MMS is present), but you inhaled CLO2 gas, so those two ingested antioxidants won't help with your lung problem. It will take time to heal.

I hope you are feeling better, now.

Okay thanks, yes, that totally makes sense. My body’s reaction was so visceral and immediate yesterday and I didn’t know if things were going to get worse, or how much worse. Thank you, I’m grateful for your reassurances & support.

i do have a low key lung infection but the gut takes center stage at the moment. But I’ll be sure to review the breathing treatment sections many, many times, until my fore brain & primal brain are in agreement on a course of action.

Take care and thanks again. I am feeling better today than yesterday.
