Hello. I bought some really cheap enema kit to experiment with my CDS. It's 6000ppm an 0.5ml are equal to 3 activated MMS drops. But I have a few questions.

1. Is it absolutely necessary to do a water enema before the CD enema? If yes, should I use distilled or other types of water?

2. I know the protocol for enema says to take it in the same amounts as oral administration. I have only taken this CDS a few times. The first time I took the equivalent of about 1 to 1.5 MMS activated drops and the next morning my lungs were very congested. So how much should I put in the enema solution?

3. Some people say that it is better to put very little water in the enema solution and just let the CD become part of you lol. Others say to put more water and hold it for as much as you can (usually like 15-20 minutes) and then let all the nasties out.

if you rinse with water first, you at least avoid the CD working on all the feces instead of what you want it to work on. I have not seen a recommendation from Jim on distilled or regular - Kerri says distilled always (just in case your water harbors parasites) - so it's your choice.

Use the same number of drop equivalents as you use for the CDS - You can dilute it more or less, as you choose. It's just like doing a bath, even though it seems like diluting it would make it weaker, the CDS still goes into the body.

Thank you for the reply, Pam. And how much water do you think I should mix in with the CDS? Some say very little and hold for eternity, others say more and release the enema solution after 15-30 minutes.

And my last question - when I just use water before the CDS enema, how much should I use? When I do coffee enemas I can't hold 250ml but I don't know if it is due to the coffee or just the amount of liquid. I guess I will have to find out myself soon

I tried a CDS enema yesterday with about 0.05ml of my 6000ppm CDS and the results were great. After 30-60 minutes I felt that my cells were full of oxygen and I didn't need to breath as much. I felt calmness and my muscles are not as stiff since yesterday. Incredible!

However, I left the bottle open for like 35 minutes outside the frige. When I saw it, it was still pretty cold and the CDS was as yellow as before so I guess I didn't lose any/much CD, right?
