What would be the protocol for brushing teeth with CDS? I am low on activator and have plenty of CDS.

I'd put at least a mL of CDS, probably 2mL of CDS into an ounce of water and use that to brush. Because you have no CA there, you may find that it does not remove all the biofilm like you're used to MMS with activator doing. I've used CDS on and off, as well as MMS/CA (different times) - my favorite is still MMS/CA, simply because I like that squeaky clean feeling on my teeth when I run my tongue across them.

Another thought -- if some biofilm is left, you may end up with a temporary slight yellowing of the teeth. (I hate to say this because it makes people paranoid  ) Continued brushing over a few days will usually take care of that - or doing a brushing occasionally with a little salt and baking soda. It's usually (I think) just the color of the gas or I think JH has said it's the residual that might be left behind of the dead "critters" - whatever, it has certainly cleared for me - it's not a permanent stain.

What is the difference between MMS/CS and CDS? I thought they were one and the same.

It's MMS/CA and CDS.

MMS/CA is the combination of MMS and citric acid. It makes traditional MMS.

If Charlotte were describing this she'd say:
UMMS/CA (unactivated MMS+CA) makes MMSA or MMS Activated)

CDS is chlorine dioxide solution and it is made when you combine UMMS/CA and then pipe the chlorine dioxide gas that is created directly into distilled water. You don't have any of the citric acid, nor the extra things that are in the 80% sodium chlorite use to make the 28% solution of UMMS.
