This mechanism is similar to injecting CLO2 directly into the tumor as in the recent patent I posted about here:

I'm Scott McRae, creator of "The Antidote" & CDH with CLO2's help (Charlotte Lackney)

At 56:30 she boiling it all down and says (among other things) that vitamin C works by converting into H2O2 and ROS. ROS stands for Reactive Oxygen Species, which CLO2 is also.
