Sorry if my question sounds a bit silly, I just want to be sure, but in the last weeks I was a bit up and down with different things and now I always hear about CDS.
Did I understood right that CDS is the same as MMS?
The different was only that I needed the activator together with MMS and now I only need to by CDS?

Don't feel bad--all of us here had to make the leap as new protocals and new information came hard and fast for a time period. Most of us have got a handle on it all now but we can surely see the difficulty in understanding everything for relatively new users.

CDS is chlorine dioxide gas that has be captured in a water solution after making MMS. Yes it is basically the same but with some advantages. I will add a video -- a long video that will help you to see the process.
