This response is as relevant today as it was back in 2010.
Nothing has changed in the recent recycled FDA warning, as MMS is still just as safe, with no deaths confirmed from its use so far.

The FDA has backed up a warning (7/30/2010) against the use of MMS with a coordinated mis-information campaign. Jim Humble, who uncovered the potential of using small amounts of chlorine dioxide inside the body (through its effects on malaria ), and developed protocols for its human use, comments. Interviewed by Adam Abraham.

MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
